Hey Everyone!
I hope you all are having a great day! Happy belated Father's Day for
those of you who are fathers! I am so grateful for my Papa! I don't
know where I'd be without him! I am also very grateful for the men in
my life who are also great! I am really grateful for my Heavenly
Father and for all that I have been given because of Him!
Well this week has been full of finding new people! I had exchanges
and I went to Clinton. We found four new investigators and it was
pretty great! Then the next day I was back in my area and we did some
more tracting and we got nothin! That's okay though! We even got
turned down by two little girls. We were like "Hey do you girls want a
picture of Jesus!?" They said "No we're good, you can give them to the
people!" Well.... I don't know what to say to that! It made us laugh!
It has been a great, but very long week!
Pday we went hiking all day and it was 107 degree weather and we were
just dead and I found out just how out of shape I was! 😂😜 Then we've
been walking all week and trying to find people in who knows how hot
it was! Let's just say my tan line is looking nice! 😂😜
Some cool things happened this week! Wendy our investigator took her
name off of her church of 48 years, so she can be baptized! It was
pretty awesome! Talk about wanting to follow Christ! Also, Matt has
planned out his baptism! He is so excited to get baptized! I just love
it! Nothing else too exciting happened this week!
I love this church so much and all the blessings that comes with it! I
know that if you strive to follow Christ and live the way you should
that you will find true happiness! I am so happy for the chance that I
have to be on a mission and to be able to see people grow and come
closer to Christ! I am so grateful for my Savior! I know I can do
nothing without Him! Ether 12:27 and Philippians 4:13 these are two of
my favorite scriptures! It's all about Christ strengthening us. I am
grateful for trials because they help me to realize my Savior and
those who love me and help me to grow and become more like my Savior!
I love you all so very much and I hope you have an awesome week!
Remember that the church is true, the book is blue, and I love you!
😊💜
Love,
